Beautiful, beautiful, magnificent desolation

"Beautiful, beautiful, magnificent desolation" was how Buzz Aldrin described the landscape of the moon.

This new work by Robert Steadman, for soprano saxophone and string orchestra, tries to put that quote into musical form.

MUSIC: Bad Girls Go To Hell

This week, I composed a new piece for string quartet (or string orchestra).

It's a fiery piece and not for the faint-hearted!

It's just under 4 minutes in duration.
